So here is the format:
company A buys said property for a sum. Borrows a much inflated sum from financial institution to develop the site using convincing proposals. Preliminary work starts once approvals are in order. After a short period of time the developer goes into administration having pocketed most of the funds from bank!!!

So the Kam Babaee of K10 Developments featured on million pound houses didn’t go through with the purchase of plas Glynllifon? Such a shame it’s such a beautiful Mansion. Have a Google on Kam allegedly he pleaded poverty in court so that he didn’t have to pay his Wife child maintenance.
