We’ve got one of these UKIP types down here in the Cardiff area, who stands in the Cardiff South-East & Penarth constituency.
His name is Simon Zeigler – be careful how you pronounce that name!
I can see he seems to be on Twitter a lot, indeed in one recent tweet he declared: ”UKIP IS UNSTOPPABLE!”
The tone of that statement is quite worrying.
An interesting point you make, Jac, about the besieged Englishness of this phenomenon, and interesting too that they seem to have an organisation in Cardiff. I know Cardiff’s name is mud up your way, but I’m not sure you’d even wish an affliction like UKIP to be imposed upon us.
