The left support for Welsh independence stems from an undying love for the EU and an inabillity to accept the referendum result – for which they blame English retirees

It would be game over for an ”independent” Wales inside the EU and after Brexit they wont allow any more escapes.

It says it all for me. I was a member of Plaid for many years under Gwynfor and Wigley – their best years – with inspiring leadership. I campaigned hard for Devolution and for S4C TV and for the Welsh Language Act and against Second Homes and I won a top Council Seat for Plaid in hard rock solid Labour country. Now I virulently disagree with their delusionary Wind Energy Policy, these ‘come lately wokies’ ignore and block me as a pariah on all issues, even those listed above, that we might still have in common.

Usual Plaid attitude. Favourite reply of “Bradwr” but that is totally untrue. Most people want a better, thriving, Wales. Not a land ruled by lefties in each others pockets that have such a ridiculous attitude towards anybody that disagrees with them.

Plaid Cymru has been captured by the globalists. That is why it is so important to keep tuned-in to Jac’s blog for a proper explanation of events. After years of mismanagement by the Labour party, Plaid Cymru is proving to be such a disappointment. They have time to turn things around but I am not holding my breath.

The audience in the hall revealed the mood of the real Plaid Cymru, issues like saving the planet, Gaza, asylum and the EU got the biggest applause.

There’s a contradiction in claiming Wales needs to be independent to be richer whilst holding out a bigger begging bowl to London.

I’ll be controversial and say John Redwood had a vision that was more likely to bring about a successful independent Wales than Plaid.

But that’s the thinking now of Plaid Cymru, YesCymru and a host of others. Caring about Wales – can’t call it ‘patriotism’ – belongs exclusively to people on the left.

I should have mentioned he was attacking reform but also the right in general.
