I can provide some details around the individuals from my own digging.
John is an investor and chartered town planner. Works with various property developers to attain planning permission on troublesome sites. Has spent time with proptech companies and property development training providers providing training for their students. How to find sites, how to assess, new planning classes etc etc.

I believe he met trevor walker at one of these training companies as trevor lends funds to a few people that run Whitebox training company.

This looks like some group venture where trevor and ms seto provide the deposit funds, morby will provide the experience to get additional borrowing/development finance and john will provide the planning, architecture.

Then, of course, there is the marine energy development at Pembroke Dockyard, that now has outline planning for the clearance if the western yard, burying and partial destruction of listed monuments and then the construction of 40 metre high sheds over the remains. I’m no longer sure that we’re talking about lorry parks. But Singapore investors buying property close to three ferry ports is no coincidence.

Being in Pembrokeshire you might have seen a visitor you had today. Interestingly, Singapore is the biggest freeport in the world.

This is interesting, Jonny. I’m sure it is the same guy because of the shared company names. For example, there’s a Muniment LLC registered in Florida, but Muniment is a name used for a number of Walker’s UK companies. (Trevica Properties LLC was the former name of Muniment LLC.)

As you suggest, there’s just one other US company listed for Walker and that’s Audica Properties LLC, also registered in Florida. The other director is Robin Lim Siew Cheong, who could I suppose be Singaporean.
