Scotland has power over it’s legal anf judicial system and we should be likewise.

Build a Welsh prison here on Anglesey on the site of Anglesey Aluminium or Rhosgoch and staff it with local employees. Bi-lingual prison staff where possible along with decent rehabilitation programmes. If we can’t fill the thing then rent the empty spaces to England – or even Ireland (Dublin is only 60 miles away from Holyhead) – could be a decent money-spinner.

For too long England has had a free ride from other peoples resources and then has the cheek to expect gratitude as they hand over a miniscule fraction of the trillions that they have borrowed just to keep their country ticking over.
