Some of the smarter ones are already well set up with thriving money laundering enterprises just tailor made for working with the twat Milliband and his cohorts.

Not surprised at all. The more I’ve dug (and I’m still digging) the more obvious it becomes that major overseas investors were the ones really profiting from this shambles. Knowing how it works I can imagine these investors – or some environmental group fronting for them – talking Miliband and his department into setting up and funding the scheme. And previous administrations.

That done, all the investors would have to do is target likely companies, looking for ‘persuadable’ directors, and help them expand. In the case I’ve been writing about shoddy workmanship was guaranteed by one of the directors involved taking over a company that trained and accredited those doing the work.
