Interesting piece. I think Alter Domus are there as a trustee meaning they ensure the money is used the way it’s meant to – and that was doing what Cairngorm as the investor said it would, which is to buy these companies. Alter Domus ownership is not as important. They key question in my view therefore becomes who at Cairngorm is responsible for this

Milliband is just towing the line to keep his job…hes not a fool by any means…but they did choose the wrong brother…oh and I am not a milliband supporter lol…its like Trump..ppl say he has dementia…no he hasnt we have just never come across anyone like him before…so trying to put his actions into words is virtually impossible as there has never in our living memory been another Trump and as I said Milliband will tow the party line…

One thing for sure, someone is looking after dopey Ed who would have got nowhere based on his own abilities and capacities. As for brother David he probably got moved to make way for Ed who was likely the more malleable puppet. David is regarded as a bright guy who is now milking the system for much bigger bucks than he would have got in UK politics.

Wouldn’t have been effectively nullified by some precedent or other in the EnglandAndWales common law system, so it would have never become an enforceable sentence? A bit like the old Crossbowing Taffy inside Chester City Walls After Dark bit still being on the books but no chance of it being used to mount any sort of defence.
