it’s so self evident yet the criminals and ideologues who run government will stick with the current galloping inflation just to drive up their revenues via taxes, duties, VAT etc. And that green levy is a super way of feathering the nests of their friends in the big globalist corporates.

Had seen that 17/06 piece earlier. It was a “response” to the piece on the 14th and provided me with a link but comments were closed on the earlier piece otherwise they would have had a few bobs’ worth of plain speaking (hate preaching for those who don’t like it) from the Dafis shed. Talk about missing the point, they can focus on one genuine tragedy but see part of the solution in inflicting yet another !

I get “seriously offended” reading this sort of patronising crap and the mealy mouthed letters/ comments that often accompany the articles. “Save this, save that ” is the underlying message yet that same rag and most of its readers are getting serious hard-ons every time they hear of a new cluster of giant wind turbines being erected in Wales. It was too late to offer comment when I found this article but I doubt whether any of these people recognise that turbines at or around Bryn Brawd will only be a short haul over a couple of ridges from Soar y Mynydd. It is doable on foot from Soar right across to Landdewi Brefi with a sound pair of boots and protection from variable weather ( which is all because of that infamous climate change, innit !)

They have become the segregationists they claim to hate, by putting people in boxes. I think that’s why the whole POC thing came about. It came to me during that MegHan interview, when she made reference to Archie being a royal ‘Of Colour’. Sired by a ginge and with a mother who could comfortably pass for Caucasian, it’d be ridiculous to refer to the kid as Black. But alternative qualifiers like POC allow anyone it seems, with merely a smidgen of non-white ancestry to jump on the bandwagon.

I’m afraid there are some who must find ‘racism’, even where it doesn’t exist, to serve a political agenda. Which does more damage to race relations than real racism. But then, that is what they want.

When the agenda is to sow dissent, cause disunity in Western societies, then it doesn’t really matter what tactic is used. Vilifying those who won’t accept ‘women with penises; brainwashing kids and frightening their parents with climate hysteria; and of course, arguing that all White people are, almost genetically, racist.

I only just realised today that there’s a couple of Black African guys in my work with the job title ‘Scrum Master’. It’s never been an issue to my knowledge. Perhaps because they’re just blokes living their lives, not looking for tenuous things to be offended over?

It’s very ominous. The ‘Welsh Government’s “policy objectives” include having a national forest. This could be used to justify buying up a few thousand farms, and other land.

In fact, all those clowns need do is bring out a policy directive to suit and they could do anything they choose. Create enough, overlapping, “policy objectives”, and they could justify doing anything.

Just imagine . . .

“We have a policy directive to make life less stressful for children”. Spend less on education and close schools.

“We have a policy directive to avoid arguments”. Demand that media, social media, etc., close down all critics.

“We have a policy directive to reduce sheep numbers”. Let Monbiot and his gang introduce wolves.

Any political party that has been in power for too long either gets ‘stale’, or it drifts towards authoritarianism. The Labour Party is stale, in that it has run out of ideas of its own; and to disguise this we see creeping authoritarianism because it has become putty in the hands of zealots making it adopt ever more extreme policies.

These policies do not take Welsh interests into account because those promoting them don’t give a damn about us. If they think about us at all they see impediments to their objectives.

This cannot end well for ‘Welsh’ Labour, nor for any party that helps keep this fundamentally anti-Welsh programme on the road.

I find the response by Welsh Government to question 10 of your FOI request astounding, where they state “The Welsh Government consider the acquisition of any type of property including farms, where it considers such action can help to deliver policy objectives”

As Welsh Government are tasked with spending public funds, policy and process is subject to a “benefit v cost ” assessment. So why are our elected representatives in Senedd Cymru not asking the obvious questions and holding Welsh Government to account. Why is it always up to you, Jac, to ask the obvious questions.
