The site has been deserted for almost a year now. There is a 4×4 by the entrance behind fencing, but that’s for show, it’s not physically moved for months! All you can see is plastic fencing all over the site.

Difficult to see why. WG and council desperate to see it happen, but it looks like developers may not have the money. And if that’s the case, then I wonder where they’ll go to get some?

Not sure. Moore, and Bore Grylls, were taken on by Woodhouse to give the project some credibility. Not sure the new people need Moore for that purpose.

That said, the new people have some interesting connections – Russian oligarchs, Mormon businessmen – so maybe Moore’s jumped ship.

Good job you commented because when I went through the piece I could see that a number of the companies mentioned have gone into liquidation. So I’ve updated it.
