Seeing as the second Walsh Investment Properties Ltd wasn’t started until 2017 I assume it’s just a coincidence. If it was an unusual company name then you might have something. Can you establish any FIRM link between these two men with the name Walsh? Otherwise we’re just going round in circles. And even if they are related, so what? What are you suggesting?

Planners tell tycoon Mike Walsh to chop down his tree house – Wales Online says here that he used to run it i get that its a fairly common surname in the same geographic area but to have the same name and a company of the same name is quite a coincidence

Yes, I saw that. But to my knowledge, and despite the publicity, Walsh has not bought Aberllefenni. Certainly not the last time I checked with the Land Registry, and there’s nothing on the Companies House filings to suggest he has bought it.
